New Connection not accepting my Username and Password

Activation date was yesterday, once midnight came I tried to log in with my Username and Password on the new Hub One, eventually I ended up clicking reset and the hub not says it is only connected to the internet while setup@plusdsl.net is in the Username field, it will also only access the PN site. When I change back to my username it won't connect! Suggestions? Ive done a few resets now, thought I'd ask here before I call.

Do you have any confirmation that you are actually activated?

Plusnet are notorious for getting their dates wrong.
