New Account - service email line speed

Just moved to PlusNet, all OK, line speed 21 Mbps, as I was expecting, same as previous supplier.

Had an email this morning saying Current Line Speed 37Mbps.

Confused as to what this means.

As you are on the up to 40Mb/s product that is just the default number until information comes through about the actual sync speed

Actually as the traffic prioritisation has been junked it is of no relevance unless it is too low

So why are plusnet sending emails about my line speed which make no sense and are not helpful.

because the system hasn't been sorted - a bit like the new billing system (it will happen when it happens)
