Have you PN folks been fiddling with your network level filters & blocks at all? Because if you have it would be nice if you can explain the logic of them to the rest of the world please as my ICSI Netalyzr results are so bad I'm sure i get better results in China/Iran or North Korea Any PN staffer wish to comment at all? EDIT: Perhaps asking BT why they've broken the link to the Netherlands is a good step too
