Recently when using netflix my broadband loses connection. It's been fine for ages but it only recently this has been happening. The only change I have made it to go to fibre plus (I was on standard fibre before). Everything else including hardware is the same. Iplayer seems to work ok, why does netflix seem to screw my connection? Has anyone else had this issue? Please someone help otherwise I'll have To change provider!
Thanks for getting in touch. Please can you advise if this is only occurring on the one device or multiple? Can you check that Netflix is working on another connection to ensure it is not an issue on their side.
