If there are any plusnet staffers out there, can you please help me to raise an ORDI?
As per many other posts in these forums, I need to get the Openreach connection address corrected to align with the Royal Mail PAF database and your contact centre has no clue.
I know there are people out there who understand what this means so I hope one of you reads this.
