Need a line/profile check

Download speeds for me right now seem to be capped at 20Mbps, it will never go over that and hovers around it consistently, connection is completely stable and the upload is how it always is, only the download is affected. Can I have someone check this for me please and nudge the profile if need be?

The previous speed was exactly 60Mbps that I could achieve, cheers.

Can you try a disconnect then reconnect? This should be sorted now.
