NOT getting speed I am paying for.

Having made a few calls this year to tech support about my speed, it doesn't seem to help. Works for a day and then back to very slow speed. Getting to frustrated unable to get to your call centre, so now thinking of cancelling my contract and going to another provider. You are not doing what you say looking after your customers. Please sort this issue out.
