NO INSTALLATION DATE

Very unhappy. Lies and broken promises from Plusnet. 

 

My parents moved house 3 weeks ago and due to "failed systems" and lazy engineers turning away rather than doing their job, my 85+ year old parents still have no phone line installed.

Despite promises to call today from HELEN in provisioning, no calls yet (18.13)

 

Very very very angry. 20 minutes wait to get through then another 20+ minutes to get through to another dept. Yesterday I spent a total of 3 hours and 21 minutes on the phone (mostly on hold) to Plusnet.

Customer service = ZERO.

I am ever so sorry to hear of the issues which your parents have gone through. 

 

Upon checking your account I can see that one of our Team conducted a phone call which has culminated in a welfare case being raised to rectify this issue. 

 

She has stated that she will chase this up at the start of her shift today - however, I shall nudge her as soon as she gets in to do this. 

 

Please accept my apologies, and thank you for the patience and understanding you have shown whilst we have been working on this issue.
