Hello
Wondering can an admin help me out please?
Just upgraded account to fibre as now available in my area..
I was on a 18 month adsl contract with yourself and I believed it was free to upgrade to fibre if you start a new contract?
When I login to my account it says (for my old package) £98.70 upon cancellation.. Will I be charged this when I switch to fibre?
Can you also see if my order for fibre has actually gone through as I read many horror stories of activation day coming and going?
Is there anything else I need to do to prepare?
I shall be using my own fibre modem..

PN staff seam to be Hibernating
I doubt if you will charged any termination fee if you are upgrading , But we need PN staff to check your order when they wake up

Mods are just customers like yourself and have no access to Plusnet systems. All they do is look after the forum.
You want someone who is a STAFF member to help although given you originally posted 6 days ago, I would suggest you phone/Chat/Twitter/Facebook to see if that avenue is more responsive.

Ring up and select the option to cancel/leave, then tell them you are impatient for fibre and as they can't get their act together you are going to move to another ISP.
You'll find the wait time on the cancellations line is much less (wonder why?) and they will get things going to keep you.

Holiday season? Halloween or Christmas one.
You would hope that the PN forum staff would have some system in place so that customers do not have questions sat unanswered for 6 days plus.
It is beyond a joke that this person is still waiting.
