I'm already with PN on standard broadband. Upgraded to fibre on the 12th September and router has arrived. Originally given an activation date for tomorrow 19th September 2017 which I thought was quite acceptable.
After conflicting messages about the activation date I called CS this evening and after being on hold for 45 minutes I'm now being told.......
The broadband service is now being transferred to the 21C Network. The transfer will complete by midnight on 28/09/2017
Not happy about this and now strongly considering canceling the order tomorrow and moving elsewhere. I could have understood it if I'd been moving from another ISP but I'm already with PN.

Fibre order now cancelled. Apparently provisioning messed it up. Busy time of year was the explanation. Plusnet will do you proud, haha.

Sorry to hear you've cancelled your fibre order
As we'd need to arrange an engineer to visit the cabinet to complete jumpering work, the lead times are largely out of our control as they depend on the engineer availability of the local Openreach resource.
