My fault returns...again!
Plusnet confirmed on Friday that my supposedly cured fault had in fact returned & your colleague confirmed that it had been passed to the faults team. Despite that, you have allowed BTOR to close the fault on Sunday.
Therefore, I have raised a new fault & would appreciate it being actioned. Thank you.

Unfortunately faults with our suppliers close after 5 working days if left unactioned.
However, from what I can see your ticket is still open with us. I've also responded to your other thread earlier today with the next steps.
