Good afternoon,
I've had fibre installed this morning. How long should it take for my profile to increase, as it is still sitting at 14.5mb? is this automatic or can someone do it manually for me?

I've just nudged that for you. If you do a single disconnect/reconnect of the router you should see the faster speeds coming through.
