Hi I can't connect to internet I've a green light on my router but nothing will connect also can't make calls I've paid Bill etc so can't work out why I've reset router etc but nothing happens thanks

Our testing isn't showing any issues and your connection appears to be online.

What error message do you get when you try to go online?
