My IP profile

My Plusnet profile is about 6MB lower than my BT profile (74mb) for the last 24 hours, could you please give it a nudge?

Your downstream line rate seems to have fluctuated a bit over the last couple of weeks, I've nudged the profile to match the current sync.
Down Stream Line Rate  70.4 Mbps  76.8 Mbps  71.0 Mbps

I am not seeing the IP profile change reflected in speed tests it is still the same as before. Currently my line sync is 76831, my BT IP profile is 74.37 and my plusnet IP profile is 76.8 but as I said I am still getting around 65mb on any speed test I do which was what I got before the profile change. Any idea whats up?

Have you tried a single disconnect/reconnect from within the router settings?

can you do the same for me Matthew because for some reason my IP Profile has gone from 77.44 Mbps to 66.78 Mbps.

The profile that we increased for the original poster was our profile not the BT Profile. We have no control over the BT profile.

Can you find out why BT has decreased my profile by 11Mbps without and reason.
