Multiple disconnects in one day

Dear Plusnet,

                     I've had a rock steady connection for the last few months but today I've had many drop outs. Could this please be looked into to see what may be causing these drop outs?

Hi there, 

I've just been running a few checks and we're not seeing any obvious issues. We do see the drops yesterday going into the early hours but I can also see that things seem to have settled and you've had an ongoing connection of over 7 hours since. 

The best thing to do now would be to keep an eye on things. I'll set myself a reminder to check the connection logs for your account tomorrow so we can make a better call as to whether or not its remained stable and take things from there.
