Multiple daily disconnects

I switch to PlusNet just over a month ago and since I have had multiple daily disconnections. Sometimes this lasts a few minutes, others 10-15 minutes. 

4-5 times a daily, usually when I am trying to work or the kids are on their virtual classes. The Wifi is stable and remains connected.

Done all the usual checks on mastersockets etc. I believe this to be a line issue.

Looking in the hubs event logs i see regular errors like below, which are always at the same time as the disconnects.

 

11:00:48, 07 Jan. (213708.060000) CWMP: session closed due to error: Timeout

 

10:52:23, 07 Jan. (213202.890000) CWMP: session closed due to error: Could not resolve host

 

10:49:22, 07 Jan. (213022.130000) CWMP: session closed due to error: Could not resolve host

I'm sorry that your connection is dropping and for any inconvenience that this has caused. Thank you for confirming that you have been through the troubleshooting checks. Testing your line has found a fault close to your property and we will need to arrange an engineer visit so that this may be investigated further.
