Multiple connection drops each day - PPP LCP Send Termination Request

Hello,
I have been having 2 problems on & off this year with Plusnet Fibre: the 5Ghz issues mentionned in the "Router" forum (for which I have asked @bobpullen to push the latest firmware to my hub one, in hope of a fix) ; second issue is the connection dropping regularly and taking some time to reconnect. With remote working at the moment it's become really painful to work (conference calls etc.).
Router logs are indicating "PPP LCP Send Termination Request" as the first event each time the connection is dropped. I've searched the forum and found similar issues, that were either solved with Router updates or engineers visits..
Any help appreciated, I'm a bit desperate at this point (connected most of the time on 4G hotspot from my phone...)

Have you done the trouble shooting tests per the https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/connection-troubleshooting/
and then if necessary log a fault call so it can be investigated.

Thanks for the answer, I have checked every step of the link you provided but not luck unfortunately.
How can a fault be logged?
