Multiple Disconnections Daily for Months

For the past 2-3 months or more disconnections occur several times every day usually a couple of hours apart from each other but sometimes in quick succession. Two engineers have visited and no fault has been found either in the house or on the line. I saw elsewhere a software update being pushed to peoples routers that alleviated the issue somewhat. If that is applicable here i would appreciate the issue being looked into once again, Thanks.
