Moving to another provider

I am switching to another provider as this service is slow and expensive.
I am in a contract but I am wondering how much it would cost me to do this, is there an exit fee?
Thanks

You can see the cancellation figures in the account summary (login required)

Wait for a price rise - there are a few times a year

Then migrate without penalty

Re: Moving to another provider

This is the second big outage to hit me here in Pembrokeshire in a month or so; I agree with post above that it's not cheap and I feel that users affected like this should be compensated in some way - perhaps by freeing us from our contracts!!  Plusnet is just a branch of BT only using UK call centres.

Upload speed reasonable at 14mbp s; download a laughable 1.5 mbps at best.

Re: Moving to another provider

Yes same here started early hours I noticed, I'm pig sick of this joke of a provider, longtime customer here who will also be leaving asap as the standard of service is now beyond a joke
