Moving home

Hi,new to this so sorry if this is the wrong place.
I moved home on the 7th of december and was given an activation date of the 23rd...I checked my online account earlier and a note says this is now the 24th.

I am working from home and have terrible signal on 4g so I am working out of my bedroom (only room with enough signal)

Can you please tell me when it will be activated?

I have had 2 very angry emails from my boss in 48 hours that I am not getting things done and I could do with out losing my job.

I only moved into the apartment directly below my old one!

I have 2 kids who are driving me up the wall while I try work so this is great news.
