Moving home Fibre broadband delay

I recently advised of a home move, and an order was placed. I later found out there was an error by PlusNet and had to contact to get this re-placed. Once the line is eventually connected it will be 4 weeks from when I initially spoke to PlusNet and I have been told there is no way to expedite this as it is a simultaneous order and a stopped line. I have constantly had to chase for updates and feel if I had not done so, nothing would have been done. I am so frustrated at being without internet and the constant need to contact for fear of nothing happening. Is there really no way this can be done quicker, all I have been told is 'no engineer availability'.
