Lets hope it is finally sorted out for the date it is supposed to have been from the very first conversation i had with one of the online team who i think has made a total mess of things.Shocked

I really hope this is sorted out as i have had a few letters from BT about how much i will owe them when i leave in june,which as we know will be july.Huh

It's most likely related to the original date set when the order was placed.

I've checked your account and everything is set to transfer on the 11th.

I need someone to phone me,this just gets worse.

I have had a letter today addressed to the current occupier,saying.

One of our customershas told us they,re moving to this address and want to take over the phone that,s currently active in the property.

We want to make sure that we,ve got the right details,so we don,t cause any problems with your phone service.

If your not moving house please let us know as soon as you can. Lisa Hardie HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICES.

THIS IS GETTING BEYOND A JOKE NOW,WHAT DO I DO CANCEL IT ALL.!

I'm unsure as to why you've received that letter.

I've checked both your orders on our suppliers systems, these are progressing for the 11th July.

There should be an option to Insert Photos.

It should look like a drawing of mountains and a circle that resembles a sun.
