Moving back to PN from BT

Hi there,

I've just checked up on your order and contacted our suppliers to confirm your transfer date.

Everything is set for the 11th July, both your services should go live at any point up to midnight. You may experience a slight break in service as the transfer completes.

We'll check up again on the day.

Thank you for the update,just a thought as i can,t remember about not connecting the PN router until my BB goes live.

Usually you get told we will email you when it goes live,but if i don,t have the router plugged in how will you let me know?.
