Moved to fibre...download is a 3rd of what the BT checker shows...

Hi.
We have been upgraded to fibre but the download speeds are still the same (if not a little lower) than when we had ADSL (around 13Mbps).
Using the BT speed checker (http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ , speedtest@speedtest_domain) we are getting a download speed of 35.98 Mbps however.
How long does it take for Plusnet to update their end to allow us to increase the download above the 13 Mpbs we are getting now?
Do i have to raise a ticket?

Thanks for that. A restart and retest shows a good 33 Mbps.
