Moved to Plusnet. Speed changed 31 to 13mbps

Hello

I moved from BT to john lewis supplied by plusnet

My speeds were 31 mbps first few days but the router was hard reset as advised by technical team due to reliability issues. These are now sorted but I am stuck on lower speeds.

I requested unbanding which helped a bit increasing the speeds from 11 to 14mbps. My guaranteed speed is around 18 and I was getting 26-31 before.
