Moved from BT to Plusnet

Hey
I'm having problems with my connection as my BT Home Hub lost connection at some point last night though my activation date is 24/12
I am using my D-Link router but its just not connecting to the internet with the username and password that I have used for plus-net.

Are you moving from fibre to fibre? If so, is the D-link VDSL capable (fibre compatible)?
You should be able to use the BT HH as a router even with plusnet - as I understand it you just have to go in and change the username and password. I'm sure someone will be along soon to explain exactly how to do that (I don't have one)

Hi there.
Your account wasn't activated on our end which was preventing you from getting online.
I've just activated it for you now so you should be able to get online.
