Basically we was with BT for years and we moved to PlusNet because of money reasons.
Plusnet is owned by BT so would expect the same quality of service, we went with a fibre package (this is 2months ago).
With BT we had fibre tooo and hub5. We achieve 4MB/s - 5MB/S (32-40mbps) download and 1MB/s(mbps) upload.
When we changed to plusnet we used the same router as BT internet was perfect!
After 1 week and even still today the internet has slowly decreased.

that is shocking.

This is a huge difference in speeds.
Not to mention we are new fibre plusnet customers and we didn't get the plusnet hub one, we got the plusnet 2704n ... comon!

But that's the least of our worries, we tried that router no improvement, now we are using a tp-link router to enable bandwidth control to allow it to last.
I've spoken to customer serivces many times now! They do nothing ... one said they fixed our IP Profile and should be fine now .... nope they just don't care about us, so here i am complaining about the speed.

Quote The Plusnet Hub One is a 4-port wireless router. Currently it's only supplied to new fibre customers.

Hi, first support were wrong they cannot fix the IP profile because they don't have access to it they only have access to the plusnet profile which is added on top of the IP one.
you can check to see what your IP profile is if you go here http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/
ignore the red writing just choose yes and run the speed test, when it's done choose further diagnostics and run that
paste the results here, we can then get an idea if something is not right with the line to the cab or a plusnet profile issue.
