@ Kelly I just don't understand it, it's clearly been much better lately but yet it's still just dropping out for no apparent reason

I can't see the data behind this, but @Gandalf will be able to.  Some drops outs are expected as the line starts to "tune" to it's best performance.  Because you've had a very problematic line in the past, you'd never reached your stable stats.  Once stable, the drops should become rare.

Gandalf (or one of this team) should be able to have a deeper look and work out what's happening.

Thanks. It's definitely much better, but it's been so unbelievably bad for so long that I'm still expecting drop outs at any time, every time there's a slight delay I go an check the router to see if it's reset again etc. Thanks for getting back to me Kelly.

Sorry to hear the problems are back.

It may be worth keeping an eye on it and if the drops continue I'd raise a fault to us at http://faults.plus.net letting us know over here once you've done so and we'll pass this back to BT for further investigation.

Regarding what Kelly was talking about we'll need to check the DLM data of the line which is a type of system the majority of us don't have access to for fibre. I've emailed one of my colleagues @HarryB to check for you this weekend and post back here if possible.
