I pushed a router firmware update to your Hub One. This appears to address a particular observation where some devices on Huawei manufactured FTTC DSLAMs seem to perform below their ECI counterparts, particularly where the target downstream SNR of a line drops below 6dB. The actual cause is not fully understood and still under investigation, however altering some of the DSL layer logic in the router seems to be helping. We've been looking into this over recent weeks, rather than months.

Thanks Kelly. Yes, it is better, but still randomly dropping out for no apparent reason.

Those might be profile changes. I  can't check myself, but someone tomorrow should be able to see.

A profile change would likely be referring to DLM doing its thing.

Hi Gandalf, no, but that's why I asked for a chart, the drop outs have previously happened at all hours so I wouldn't necessarily know about them. We'll have to keep watching for now. Thanks
