I am having an issue where my mobile will not connect to the PlusNet Wi-Fi, it tells me to sign in and I get this error message ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED also when I go to the PlusNet website to contact support using my PC the page will not load however the internet is working fine as all other sites load correctly, this problem only started since yesterday when I connected my new mobile to the Wi-Fi. Any solutions?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I would re boot the router for starters,
then delete cookies and browsing data from your web browser
also re boot your phone.

@joehill2019 welcome to the forums. I don't know what mobile you have or where you get that message - if you are talking about your phone, go to settings>wi-fi>your PN connection, click on it, then enter the Password(key) exactly as on your plastic card/sticker on the back/bottom of the router, then OK - it should connect.
Which page are you trying to access to contact Plusnet?
@LifeonMars beat me to it, and that is a good suggestion, too.

Thanks for your response's I just phoned PlusNet which I should of done in the first place lol and they have fixed the problem and everything is working fine , thanks for your help
