Missing Line Stats - Plusnet 2704N

Hi,
Just transitioned to FTTC (40/20) with the standard Openreach modem & Plusnet router.
All seems fine, but when I look at the "Helpdesk" page it doesn't contain any (real) line stats information
i.e.

3 - Firmware version: 7.273.1_F2704N_Plusnet
4 - Board version: F@ST2704N
5 - Mode Fibre
6 - Uptime: 0 days 06:26:19
7 - Data rate: 100M/100M
8 - Maximum data rate: 100M/100M
9 - Noise margin: -
10 - Line attenuation: -
12 - Data sent/received: 104.5M/446.4M
Am I missing something obvious?

the stats are held in the modem - the router doesn't have that info

As oldjim says the Stats are in the modem sadly bt openreach modems by default are locked down so you cant get stats from them, but there are means and steps you can take to unlock them if you really feel the need to get access.

I have a Home Hub 5 lurking here & will replace the OR modem + PN router at a later date (when things have settle down), so I will leave the OR modem untouched.
