Misleading Advertisement up top 19.5Mbps on 40/20

I have complaint to ASA (Advertising Standards Authority Ltd) that Cable.co.uk has the incorrect of Plusnet mis-sold up to 40/20 product on the www.cable.co.uk because my friend thought it was 40/20 to placed an order for his Fibre in his home. But, I told him NO, Plusnet are no longer sold 40/20. Only 40/2.

Didn't you contact cable.co.uk to tell them they were listing out of date information?

That is cable.co.uk who is misleading not plusnet, plusnet clearly show upto 1.9mb upload on their website https://www.plus.net/home-broadband/fibre/

you should withdraw your ASA complaint and contact cable.co.uk, not sure how competent they can be at price comparison if they can't keep on top of product changes..

I have now withdraw ASA complaint as cable.co.uk didn't aware of plusnet has changed upload speed to 2 not 19. They going to updated it on their site today.

They also have a problem giving a accurate "estimated download speed".
I would have let your complaint stand.
I've entered my postcode and got a wildly inaccurate estimated download speed of 38Mb.
BT's availability checker says a maximum of 25Mbps (clean) 20.1Mbps (impacted).
My actual download sync speed is 24Mbps.
