Minimum speed faults

What are people’s experiences with Plusnet and minimum speed not being reached. I have had 2 visits and I’m still 10mbps below the minimum after 2 visits and now they want a 3rd visit. Is this normal. I’ve had to have 2 days off of work now and the engineers have been at my flat for over 10 hours now combined changed literally everything including the line coming into the flat and still no dice. Has anyone else had them time out over the 30days and what options did they give you Plusnet on there website has my speed at 78 but my profile is currently 61 so I don’t have a clue how they are getting that number.

Can I also get a new gea on my ticket please

Hey @louiswood,

 

I'm really sorry this fault is taking so long to get resolved, rest assured we are working as hard as we can with our suppliers.

 

Just as a side note we are unable to perform GEA tests while a fault is currently logged on our suppliers system. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
