Minimum guaranteed access line speed

Hello,

Just upgraded to Fibre Extra and on the chat I was told my minimum guaranteed access line speed would be 74Mbps.

See Question #172536790.

According to the estimated line speeds etc. I should be getting Estimated line speed 80Mb

My Current line speed is only 60.4 Mb. The main reason I went ahead with the upgrade was because of the minimum guaranteed access line speed of 74Mbps.

Is it something my end or is it a plusnet issue?

Sorry to hear your speeds are lower than expected.

Our tests aren't showing any cause for this so I'd recommend raising a fault here
