I am supposed to have a MGALS of 34 Mb/s, in reality I rarely achieve this, mostly around 20 to 27 Mb/s. I have done all the suggested checks, any ideas?

If all the suggested checks include a quiet line test plus a wired speed test using the test socket then report a fault.
