Migration from an LLU provider

Hi All,
I am moving (hopefully!) from Talk Talk to Plusnet.
I received my welcome letter and it asks for me to provide a MAC code ASAP.
As Talk Talk make use of local loop unbundling at my exchange they can't provide me with a MAC code.
I contacted Plusnet through the 'help assistant' about this and got a response saying they still wanted a MAC code.
I have tried to phone several times and the lines are always busy.
I'm guessing that someone on here has trodden this path before and might be able to tell me what I need to do?
Talk Talk have offered me an improved deal to if there is a lot of hassle involved in moving I could stay with them. Does anyone have any experience of this type of migration?

I'm picking this up for you now. I'll have more in a moment or two.

Re: Migration from an LLU provider

Right, I've checked into the situation for you. I can confirm your order was actually placed yesterday. You are correct, no MAC is actually required.
I've looked into the situation with the letter, but I'm a bit more concerned with the response that you had to your ticket this morning. The latter, I am addressing now for you.
