Ive sent you a pm regarding my wifes, step dad`s new plusnet account. Basicly he moved from sky to plusnet, 40 mins ago i checked his account and it said fibre/phone switch completed. At this time i got a phone call from him on his cell phone saying his landline phone is no longer working and nor is his fibre, ive pm you his username if you could check this over for us thanks.

Thank you for your private message, I've checked your fault and I can see there are no new updates however it's still within the estimated response time so we won't be able to chase our suppliers for an update just yet.
I'll try to follow up but I'm in training all next week for my new role.
Our faults team will provide you with an update once we have more info.

Thought id update you guys., phone and internet is now working with correct speeds, ill monitor this over the coming days.

It looks like it may have been added as the incorrect wholesale option on the ordering system when it was added.
I've placed an order to correct this, could you let us know if they're still having problems with voicemail tomorrow.
