Massive speed loss

Hey there, I have a line capable of downstream speeds in excess of 100 Mb, and upstream speeds greater than 40 Mb.
I am currently on the 40/20 service with Plusnet. I am easily able to reach those speeds and that was the case when I first signed up last year.
However there is a massive slowdown today, crawling to around 9 Mb down and 0.8 Mb up.

Looks like a line problem there buddy, go and raise a fault.

Looks like you're downloading on Steam, do you have the same problem with other programs closed?
