Massive reduction in download speed today can someone please reset my profile

I'm away from home at the moment but downloading remotely by via my nas. Normally i download at 72 meg speeds. Currently hitting less than 1!

Nothing has changed at my end and this happened last summer and needed my profile to be reset by plusnet. Please can you check and do this again for me.

You can check your lines BT profile at the following link, this should give a indication of your present downstream sync speed. Just need to enter your home phone number.

Well I'm seeing this:

The current Downstream BRAS rate is: 77.34 Mbps
The current Upstream BRAS rate is: 20 Mbps

So can anyone tell me why my downloads are like the old dial up speed on a 56k modem?

Well, just got home and sure enough, a reboot of the modem fixed the problem. Must make sure that's remotely accessible in future.
