Massive packetloss today

Gaming has been nigh on impossible again today, lagging out for 10-15 seconds at a time sometimes and on different games. Spent years with BT Infinity that was fine and since moving to plusnet I've had a few days where gaming is just a joke with massive ping fluctuations or packet loss. Can something please be done about this.

Can you post a traceroute to your gaming server?

It's happening on all servers.
I've set up a TBB graph and already you can see packet loss:

Can you try disconnecting/reconnecting to Plusnet from your router admin page to see if the packet loss goes away?

Your uploading a high amount of traffic constantly which could be causing this.
There's no issues reported in your area.
Do you have a link to your live ping graph?

I don't understand how I am uploading a high amount of traffic constantly.
Every time I test my upload speed I am getting the full amount and there's nothing running on the network that should be uploading constantly.
I've monitored my bandwidth through my router and nothing is uploading.
