Massive drop in Fibre Speed - moved house 3 doors down

We've just moved house, just three doors down from 28 to 34. The FTTC was switched back on on the 24th February at the new place. I've installed a new VDSL2 router (TP-Link Archer VR900 AC1900) which is a fairly high spec. It's giving a down speed of 25Mb/s and up as 2Mb/s (which is comparable to what we were getting at number 28), I had problems with iPlayer buffering all the time, and when I ran the BT linechecker we are only getting 1.8Mb/s on the line. I have a SamKnows box which monitors line speeds and I've attached this back on our line last night. I've attached that graph showing a 3 month period, the first section is at number 28, the second bit from the 29th Feb was when I switched it back on at number 34.I've raised a ticket with PlusNet #121040211, just wondered if anyone knows what the problem might be.

Can you try a single disconnect/reconnect. The profile on the line dropped to 1.8Mb/s, which is why you were seeing a lower speed (this may have been an old delta report causing it(.

That's jumped to 23.8Mb/s on the line checker now. I'm not home at the moment, but will check it this evening.
