Majorly dropping speeds in the evening 18:00 - 23:30

Is anyone else experiencing majorly dipping speeds in the evening during those times? I'm not sure if it's related to the DNS post as I do not get any packet loss, only speed loss and high ping. Really frustrating me now as it's been the same for around a month or so. I'm on the new network if that's any help.

You are currently connected to gateway psb-ir01.

This is located in Southbank Point of Presence.

I've tried having an online chat but it cut me off after about 20 mins off conversation of posting traceroutes which was majorly frustrating, especially as the customer service rep said that a differing ping from 70 - 110 was perfectly normal to a french server. Gaming is just impossible, I've only been back with the company 3 months and I already want to move on. My normal speed is 50mbits. Upload is 16mbits. During peak this dips to 8mbits and upload goes to around the same level as download. Not sure if it's entirely plusnet or exchange congestion as well?

The IR in your traceroute output states you are on the new network, which you are probably aware is having a number of issues.

Let me know your results in the evening.
