Major fibre connection issues

I thought maybe with everyone working at home in March / April everyone had issues but I have two fibre connections (on separate lines) and one is fine.

The other one plus.net is not. I can use it normally if I use a VPN but without this many websites and apps simply fail to connect.

What is going on?

I have spent hours calling customer services and have not once got through over last 4 weeks.

I'd like a refund, issue fixed and then maybe I'll stay a customer - been one for nearly 20 years!

I signed up to a new contract with Plusnet last month, moving from another provider. The connection of my fibre is also poor, drops numerous times a day and I have similar issues to you. Any help or advice from plusnet would be very much appreciated.

We've tested your line and we can't see any issues remotely.

Can you advise if you're still having issues?

I'm sorry to hear you're having connection issues,

Our tests are showing an issue that requires an engineer visit for further investigation

Can you raise a fault here and then post back once you've done so?
