I was trying to check my GMail earlier and I was literally waiting for the images to download gradually like on a dial up, and this is while there is no other internet usage in the house as everyone else is already asleep. I literally cannot work remotely and even my wife has to disable her wireless and use 4G instead on her iPhone. I think this is unacceptable and it is absurd that anyone would think I would be paying for Unlimited Fibre Extra and will have to tether via my iPhone instead to be able to do anything.
When I was with BT www.speedtest.net would show 72Mb download speeds frequently whereas now the equivalent with PlusNet is 22Mb:(
Has anyone else switched from BT and having similar issues? Is this an issue of capacity or contention?
I switched to PlusNet just over two months ago, but need to find away out of this contract...
