Aparently there is a MSO , major service outage .
Bradford this morning from 06.27 estimate time for fix is 00.00 tonight 😕
As there is nowt on service status yet I put this here 👍
Ps phone was answerd within 20 mins nice chap J##h helpful

Not for me, and looking at that link it shouldn't have affected me. But I still have an outage as I can't get to my email or VoIP servers.

Service has been temporarily restored but further work required which will cause loss of service again

Yes, but that link pertains to Zen, to which I have no relation. I can trace route to a peer at telehouse.ukcore.bt.net but it ends there.

It may or may not be related but when trying to use webmail I'm seeing this a lot.

Thanks @rongtw, but there is nothing in there that should affect me considering I can trace route as far as Telehouse where my hardware is installed. So I'm suspecting there is a broken switch / router somewhere along the remainder of the line.

Just had an update from Telehouse, it turns out there is a partial power outage that is being investigated, so will hopefully have a quick resolution.
