Lower than expected speeds, currently around 3mbps.

Hello all, 

Currently experiencing pretty terrible speeds around the 3mbps up/down mark. Help!
Generally my connection seems pretty low, usually around 37mbps.

The test is detecting a possible fault which'll require an appointment

Impairment in copper joint detected most likely close to customer premises. Please continue to submit a trouble report.

I'd recommend running through the checks here and if that doesn't help then please complete the final step in the broadband troubleshooter as that'll report the fault to us so we can arrange an engineer visit.
