Low speeds to estimate - With email saying its lower then normal

Hi guys
I had a problem with my fibre and when I raised a fault, a BT engineer came out and put a new installed a new line.
Now I had an email from plus net saying that my speed is lower then it should be. Just done the tests what the email has sent me to (again)
The speed I should be getting  was between 62-80mb.
I am getting 27mb.
Now with a new line installed I don't think there is a problem with my phone line.

Diagnostics are showing a dropping connection fault so thanks for raising that with us.

Any update on what is happening?
My speed has improved a little bit, but im no where near the lower end of my estimate
