My TBB results still show normal results for me at around 37Mbps down and 7.3Mbps up with around 15ms latency except that the single threaded result is lower and more erratic than the multi-threaded one.
It's not causing a problem at the moment - just hope that it's not going to be the top of a 'slippery slope'. Seems like just when things are going well problems start all over again or am I just being unnecessarily pessimistic?

It might be worth seeing if changing gateways makes and difference.

Speed Test - http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest/results.html?id=143056254209729794631
Now on pcl-ag08 so I'll give it a while and see if that makes a difference.

Need to see if the packet loss returns though first.

Looks as if it has made a difference - http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest/results.html?id=143056866205953371040 - nice straight lines on speed test but latency is up to 20ms not that that makes much difference to me. I'll see what the next 24 hrs shows.
p.s. bit of an overlap of posts there
p.p.s. 8hrs after hopping and it certainly looks as if it was a gateway problem - no more red up to now
