Sorry about the lack of response on your fault ticket

I've raised a broadband fault and updated the ticket now

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

The engineer has just left and my speed is upto 15.5Mb, he said this is about the best it will realistically get which is a bit disappointing as I was told 27mbps was the minimum by plusnet but the engineer showed me something on his phone which said the minimum is 16mbps which isn't far off what it now.

So was he telling the truth?

The estimates of your line are 31mbps to 40mbps so I'd expect you to receive more than 15mbps. I think it's worth waiting for the engineer notes to come through to us before deciding on the next step.

 

Our faults team will follow up within 72 hours when we have the info.

Of course the engineer is saying 16MB is as good as it is going to get - isn't he on ADSL not fibre?

Been a week since someone updated my ticket, this is getting beyond a joke now I would really like this to be sorted as we are not getting the speed we were told.

Can you fix this or not...

Another day let's see if I get a reply today, seems since Gandalf went on holiday all help has stopped.
