Hi, ever since i have been a customer with plus net i keep having really low connection speeds (19.7 mbps) to be precise, i have raised a query approx a week ago but still nothing has changes.. i am using a wired connection and have done multiple speed tests with your own tool and the bt wholesale test, i am only getting a fraction of the speeds i should be. I hope something can be done about this issue as i am paying for a service i am clearly not getting. Regards
